Love the percs, including that persistent triangle :) Your description is apt, low slung chugging along for someone who needs to 'lock in' on the dancefloor after a gruelling week of hard yakka. The chords that come in at the end could be an opportunity for you to flex your skills and do a bit of a solo. Nothing hectic, even if you just ran up and down the scales in between the chord stabs you have there… Even if it doesnt make the final cut, perhaps a challenge for yourself as I know you’ve been levelling up in this regard.
And especially since the overall tune is a sort of maintaining the same vibe throughout, a lil bit of spice at the end for the listeners interest wouldn’t go astray!
Well done bro!

Bro!! This is amazing!!!! Definitely keep exploring the shape shifting journey. It’s super interesting. Very intriguing to listen to and the sounds are just an absolute delight for my ears. Overall, I love the beat and rhythms, and sound choices. Really makes me want to get up and dance, so well done for inspiring that!! A little refinement and it’ll be an absolute banger. Can’t wait 😄

That gap at 1:14 tho! Reminds me how sometimes we tend to try and do too much for fills when a well crafted mute on most/if not all tracks, does the job - especially when you do it a tad bit early and brought it back the way you did. Re: spoken word… what sort of vocal range do you have in mind/think would suit? And with your own vocal chops, are you looking to have someone else on the credits over the convenience of doing it yourself? Lovin the tune so far as per my guy x

I'm diggin this! Sample kinda vibe with a dope groove. I imagine myself at a low lit cement finish bar drinking a really expensive cocktail eating some sort of fish eggs while this is playing.

Nice pat! vibing the sections in the arrangement and how the they flow into eachother, use of voice for rhythm and adlibs. Crazy how a simple synth tone that wafts in and out can punch through the mix! (in a good way).

This is really dope Tika! The beat, the vocals, the harmonising... sultry smooth! When can we expect this released?
